The latest deal to build the homes for Sigma’s BTR brand, Simple Life Homes, builds on a partnership stretching back to 2014.

The new homes will be delivered across a number of UK regions over the next five years.

“We currently have over 3,500 additional homes under construction across the UK and with a track record of 98% let or reserved at any given time.”
