London’s Haringey Borough Council is handling the procurement of the £3bn framework, which has been reshaped to allocate places for small and medium-sized firms as well as bigger players in the market.
The Framework Alliance Agreement will replace the current LCP Framework (Major Work 19) which is due to expire in October 2024.
It has been set up to deliver both new school projects and the pipeline of extensive refurbishments as well as specific fire safety works.

- Lot 1.1 – New Build £1m-£5m contract value
- Lot 1.2 – New Build £5m+ contract value
- Lot 1.3 – Single Stage tendering, £1m+ contract value
- Lot 1.4 – Modern Methods of Construction, (no minimum contract value)
- Lot 2.1 – Retrofit, refurbishment, adaptations and remediations £1m-£5m
- Lot 2.2 – Retrofit, refurbishment, adaptations and remediations £5m+
- Lot 3.1 – Planned component replacement works and fire safety works £1m-5m
- Lot 3.2 – Planned component replacement works and fire safety works £5m+
