The investment into six Scania P420 32-tonne and two Scania P320 26-tonne trucks is the latest in a series of delivery fleet upgrades, bringing the company’s total spending on Scania products to over £5m.

The new trucks are equipped with state-of-the-art bodies from vehicle body builders PPS Commercials, offering the latest access specifications to meet the evolving needs of AFI’s diverse customer base.

The addition of fold-forward ramps, designed to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions, underscores AFI’s commitment to sustainability. Other safety enhancements include edge fall protection, side walkways, and advanced safety lighting.
