The biggest is for spots on a £1bn decarbonising partnerships framework designed to dovetail with Government social housing funding requirements.
Works will encompass all aspects of decarbonising the housing social housing stock.
Tenderers should base their framework pricing on working in Greater London. Bids are due in by 9 April for opening on 14 April.
The housing associations and local authorities-owned procurement body is also on the hunt for contractors and manufacturers to join a new Fire Remedial Works Framework to tackle building safety retrofits in the social housing sector.
This will cover fire door replacement and active and passive fire protection, estimated to be worth up to £300m over four years.

- 1c: Contractor supply and install
- 2. Passive Fire Protection
- 3. Active Fire Protection
Bids are due back by 14 April with the framework going live in October.
