Work will cover building and civils schemes across the region from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2034.

A pipeline notice states: “Typical schemes to be procured through the Framework may include education buildings, leisure facilitates, retail schemes, commercial development, elderly accommodation, mixed use schemes and construction of supporting infrastructure, roads, site remediation, demolition and other enabling works necessary to prepare sites ready for future development or disposal.”
