The contract covers a broad spectrum of services including mechanical and electrical maintenance, building fabric and grounds upkeep, industrial services, catering, waste management and office support services.
As part of the deal around 1,000 employees based at Dungeness B, Hartlepool, Heysham 1 & 2, Hinkley Point B, Hunterston B, Sizewell B and Torness power stations will join the Facilities Division of Dalkia UK.
