The long-term capital investment deals run for 10 years from 14 April 2026, with options to extend out to 13 April 2046, with extensions linked to performance and market testing.
Winning contractors include: Architectural Decorators, Amber Construction, Axis, Chas Berger, HLS McConnell, Highview Group.
Big names missing out across multiple lots include Kier Services, Vinci Construction, Wates Property Services and Morgan Sindall Property Services.
Four lots cover external elements (windows, roofs and non-fire doors) and six lots cover internal elements (kitchens and bathrooms), with extra scope for in-area fire safety works and retrofit add-ons where required.
Contractors also take on principal designer and principal contractor duties under CDM and Building Safety Act requirements, plus quality assurance evidence.
