The development has been designed by Assael Architecture and will consist of 137 one to three bedroom homes together with 8,783 square feet of retail space.

The site is currently dominated by the old Empire House office building opposite Turnham Green.

This will be redeveloped into 66 new modern homes with an elegant façade.

Sales of the new apartments are expected to commence in March with construction of the project starting later this year.
