This is the first framework of its kind, which is available to any public sector body in the UK, that offers a full suite of both hard and soft facilities management services.  

Other services that are also available through the framework include, but are not limited to, car park management, health and safety advice, consultancy and grounds maintenance.

The framework is OJEU approved, which simplifies the procurement process so that users can develop and procure services within a four-week period.  

Carillion chief executive Richard Howson said: “Combining Carillion’s national FM capability with Scape’s link to the public sector will provide customers with efficient access to value-for-money services.”
