The firm, which is based near Manchester Airport, has secured 10 schemes, including a 114 unit residential scheme in Leigh, a £9m affordable housing project in Liverpool and a 150 unit luxury apartment scheme in Manchester.
Now Harbur chief Richard Hutchinson predicts the record construction pipeline will see turnover rise from £24m in 2014 to £40m.

Eighteen staff have been taken on since the start of 2015, with an extra 10 needed before the end of the year.
He said: “Since the May General Election the market has really taken off with new instructions and opportunities coming from all sectors – affordable, extra care and open market.”
“We’re actively recruiting and looking to take on 10 new people by the end of the year and targeting a turnover of £40m. It’s an exciting time for us.”
