The South Wales Trunk Road Agent framework will cover motorway and trunk roads maintenance from the Severn Bridge in the east to Milford Haven in the west and extends northwards through Fishguard as far as the Ceredigion County boundary, Carmarthen, Llandeilo, Llandovery, Merthyr Tydfil, Abergavenny and Monmouth.
It is being broken in eastern, central and western lots and will run for an initial two years, with a two years extension possible.
The incumbent delivery partners include: Alun Griffiths; Cemex; Siemens; Southern Electrical and Tarmac. Atkins, Jacobs UK, and Parsons Brinckerhof are consultants across the area.
