Betting Spy: Big guns to land a 4/1 treble

Not even the curse of Betting Spy could hobble the flying Foxes as Leicester City brought home the cash for us last week.

Whisper it quietly, but we are edging towards a profit for the year despite a string of dodgy results.

Even the experts have been caught out in this topsy-turvy season.

Back in August the Sporting Life tipped Chelsea at 5/1 to go unbeaten at home the whole campaign.

Anyone holding that slip was ripping it up while still wearing shorts and sunglasses.

Leicester are entertaining the crowds with their swashbuckling  style and fully deserve their place at the top of the league.

The big names chasing them are still a bit of an enigma.

Arsenal and Man City are sublime one minute and subnormal the next.

While Man Utd are producing a brand of football only Sam Allardyce could salivate over.

Spurs, Liverpool and Everton must all have a real chance of gatecrashing the Champions League places while Palace, Stoke, Watford and West Ham are entertaining the crowds  and picking-up points.

Florence Nightingale would be a good addition to the team over at West Ham where our creative players seem to be dropping like flies.

Still, it’s nice to actually have some creative players this season after last year’s dross.

Everton are flying at the moment and have to be backed at Carrow Road to get the better of a Norwich side who struggle to score.

And we’ll team the Toffees up in a treble with Man City to heap more misery on rudderless Swansea and Arsenal to win on the road at an Aston Villa side who haven’t won at home in the league all season.

The treble pays a shade over 4/1 to kick start the Christmas season with a few quid in the present pot.
