Mulaley and Co, Rydon and United Living South have all secured places on the major spending lots covering a £100m programme of new build work and around £140m of housing upgrade work.
The Better Homes and Construction Framework will come into operation in April and run to 2020 being used to regenerate estates in the borough.
Under the new framework arrangement contractor performance will be monitored through a series of key performance indicators, with poorly performing contractors ‘rested’ from the framework.
Rested contractors will not be invited to bid for any further work until they can prove to the Council that they have put systems in place to improve performance.
