Goodhew takes over the role later this month from James Thoden van Velzen who has been in charge since 2010 and is leaving to join facilities management specialist Apleona.

Goodhew joined SPIE UK in 2009 as Director of Major Projects for the Building Services division.

During his eight years at SPIE he has held several senior management roles including Regional Director and then Managing Director of the UK Building Services division.
