Work started on site this week and the contract to build a 117 bedroom sustainable community for client anchor will last 68 weeks.
The West Hall development will comprise of three cluster buildings set in landscaped gardens and containing individual bedroom suites and a shared living and dining space.
Rated BREEAM ‘Very Good’ the development will minimise the impact on the environment by installing several sustainable features including ground source heat pumps, photovoltaic cells and sedam roofing.
