Christopher Wood from Clough Corporate Solutions at Cleckheaton in West Yorkshire is handling the administration.

TASC Group was established 13 years ago and more recently expanded into passive fire protection and dry lining after a management buy-out in 2006.

The firm received nearly £700,000 in equity linked investment from South Yorkshire Investment Fund to finance the buy-out and its expansion to a larger site on the Dore Industrial Site 18 months ago.

TASC was working on Taylor Woodrow’s £320m BSF school projects in Sheffield.
