Built in 1843, the red-bricked A-listed Triple Kirks tower and spire, which sits on the site, has been lying derelict since the 1970’s.

Stewart Milne’s £40m scheme, if approved, will offer a 6-storey office building affording some 72,600 sq ft of Grade A floor space with the listed spire incorporated into the building.
