The firm is on-board to build a large education campus in a series of phases starting with the secondary school and a special educational needs school for the Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust at the vast site on the north west edge of Cambridge.
Outline planning is also being submitted for a nursery and a 630 primary school.
Kier hopes to secure full planning by September this year with construction expected to start in the autumn or winter.
The new school will include two artificial pitches, hard courts, a dance studio, an activity studio, a 400 seat theatre, a café, a fitness gym, a community meeting room and a four court sports hall – growing to eight courts in a later phase.
