Former Morgan Ashurst southern regional director Stephen Scard has been appointed as managing director of construction south with extra responsibility for aviation.

Danny Murray also from Morgan Ashurst is the managing director of construction north under the new structure.

MPS boss John Jenkins is the new managing director of professional services – another new role at the firm.

In a letter seen by the Enquirer sent to employees this week, Shennan said that a finance director would be appointed in due course, with John Ellis and Neil Skelding continuing in their existing roles responsible for finance at Morgan Est and Morgan Ashurst respectively in the meantime.

The last role to be filled will be the director of strategic marketing and communications.

Elsewhere, the role of former managing director of capital projects Mark Loader will be divided into two new separate business units focusing on the rail and aviation sectors. Rail will report to Paddam, and aviation through Scard.

The letter states that former underground professional services business, which had Colin Eddie as managing director, will now report through John Jenkins, as will the former engineering services team under Mark Taylor.
