Work starts on the latest branch at Fontwell near Brighton this week as part of a nationwide fit-out programme.
Willmott Dixon has helped transform nine restaurants in all with work already completed at Bedford, Podimore in Somerset and Shrewsbury.
Little Chef is planning work on 20 restaurants during the next 12 months before rolling out the refurbishment programme across its entire estate.
The contractor has worked with interior designer Ab Rogers, who has completed projects for a wide range of clients including Tate Modern, the Pompidou Centre and Condé Nast, in helping Little Chef develop a contemporary new image.
Willmott Dixon Interiors director Warren Troy said: “The look and feel of these restaurants is really quite exceptional, making them bright and welcoming places to dine. I know they are already creating very positive comments from both staff and customers alike.
“It took five weeks to totally refurbish the sites, implementing the re-design to the interiors and adding red cladding panels to the exterior, to extend the fresh look and feel of the buildings external appearance.”
