Trevor Taylor, 29, will take over as FD of the firm on December 1 following the retirement of Peter Hart after 22 years at the firm.

Taylor joined Billington as Financial Controller in August 2008 working alongside Hart.

In March 2011 he was appointed Financial Director of Billington subsidiary Peter Marshall Steel Stairs Limited.

Taylor graduated with honours from Birmingham University in 2002 in Accounting & Finance and then joined Allotts Chartered Accountants before joining Billington in 2008.

“We will miss Peter both personally and professionally and would like to wish him well in his retirement but we look forward to welcoming Trevor to the Board.
