The scheme consists of a new hotel as well as much needed new homes to meet local housing needs.
The partnership between Kier Property and Network Rail was formed in 2008 to regenerate several railway stations in the South East of England.
Seven sites at Epsom, Enfield, Maidstone East, Twickenham, Walthamstow, Wembley and Guildford are earmarked for redevelopment under the 10-year, £500m venture.
Next month the partnership will hear whether a £40m project to redevelop Twickenham station with a hotel and around 170 apartments has got the planning go-ahead.
