Sandhurst was founded in 2004 and employs over 50 staff who will join the £300m-plus revenue Vp Group.
The specialist attachments hirer operates from five locations across the UK, with its main base in Rochester, Kent.
Jeremy Pilkington, chairman of Vp, said: “The acquisition of Sandhurst adds another new product specialisation to Vp’s UK portfolio and I am delighted to welcome the experienced Sandhurst team to the Vp Group.”
Sandhurst will work alongside and complement Vp’s piling business Piletec.
