HW Architectural went into administration last month with the loss of 74 jobs at the West Yorkshire based aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling business.
The new owners currently have an an aluminium business called QIC Trims which services the interiors market with dry lining trims, glass partitions and access panels.
A core team of previous company employees will be engaged to re-launch HWA.

Adrian Berry Joint Administrator and Partner at Deloitte added: “HW Architectural had an excellent reputation but were faced with challenging economic conditions and we wish Lee and his team every success re-establishing the HWA business.”
