The £27m hospital project will see the development company and partner Vinci Construction build healthcare facilities at the Ludlow Eco Park in 2012.
When finished the Ludlow Eco Park site will house a 7,000 sq m community hospital as well as two GP surgeries.
Ryhurst, part of the Rydon Group and Prime plc who are also on the Shropshire healthcare framework also bid for the job.
Jo Chambers, Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust chief executive, said: “There has been an immense amount of work that has taken place so far to get us to this position.
“Amber Infrastructure will be joining us as the preferred partner to help take the project on to the next level and to make a brand new hospital and GP practices for the people of Ludlow and south west Shropshire a reality.”
