Interested buyers have registered their interest for taking over contracts from the M&E giant which fell into administration last week.
The Enquirer revealed that Crown House has already taken over Colston’s contract at the £430m Southmead Hospital job in Bristol where Carillion is main contractor on the site.
Other firms believed to be interested in buying parts of the business include Imtech, Spie Mathew Hall and the Dodd Group.
Deloitte let 148 staff go last week and the fate of around 300 others depends on the successful novation of contracts.
A Deloitte statement said: “We are in advanced negotiations with a number of parties with regards to the sale of specific areas of the business. It is our intention to try to conclude a deal for these parts of the business by the end of the week.”
