Once S106 agreements are signed, work is expected to get underway on the mixed-use scheme in the Autumn.
It is being financed through a £42m public private partnership with Lewisham Council.
United House Group chief executive Jeffrey Adams said: “Deptford is one of the capital’s undiscovered gems. It has huge potential, with its vibrant local community and location so close to the city and West End.
“We are creating stylish homes with great appeal just six minutes from London Bridge. Our scheme will be a catalyst for the broader regeneration plans for the area while restoring and preserving important historical elements.”
The eight storey Deptford Project, was designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners and will involve building 132 homes, 11,200 sq ft of workshops and a 5,000 sq ft café.
