All planning matters have been addressed and the scheme is only subject to the resolution of highways mitigation measures.

The scheme, named Kingstanding, will transform 30 acres of unused land on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells into a thriving new business community.

It will involve building 800,000 sq ft of warehouse and office accommodation in a parkland landscape and a water feature.

Designed by Scott Brownrigg architects, the scheme comprises 390,000 sq ft of offices and 355,000 sq ft of warehousing units

U+I is in detailed discussions with a potential occupier for a significant part of the scheme.
