The four-year framework agreement will facilitate YHG in meeting its targets of building over 600 new homes a year while further developing its private rented sector across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Projects are expected to be valued in the region of £10m-20m with up to five projects each year.

The new arrangement starts in April.
