Beard said its success was down to dealing with a ‘new market reality’ from its offices in Oxford, Swindon and Guildford.
Managing Director Mark Beard said: “Understanding the changing climate, adapting quickly with streamlined processes and maintaining an enthusiastic workforce helps us to succeed.
“Investing in our people with extensive leadership programmes and training, creating our own “happiness index” and focussing on making our service-orientated business model even stronger are all ways we try to make a difference.”
Beard is seeing healthy workloads in its core education section sector as demand for new primary school places continues to outstrip supply.
The company is on seven construction frameworks and has successfully extended its geographic reach with its new office in Guildford to serve customers across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.
