£50m turnover facade contractor goes into administration

Cladding specialist Skonto Plan UK Ltd has gone into administration.

The £50m-turnover business is now in the hands of administrators from Evelyn Partners LLP.

Skonto Plan UK has been in business since 2009 and is a member of the Latvian based Skonto Group which has a turnover of £140m and employs 1,500 people.

Latest accounts for Skonto Plan UK for the year to December 31 2022 show a turnover of £50.4m generating a pre-tax loss of £205,000 while the company employed 40 staff.
