The framework replaces the previous MW19 panel and was launched by the London Borough of Haringey, with access open to over 60 public sector bodies across London and the Home Counties.
The framework is designed to prioritise quality over cost with a 70:30 quality-price weighting and places a strong emphasis on net zero, innovation, and inclusive employment.
The LCP said the refreshed panel gives councils and public bodies fast-track access to compliant suppliers delivering best practice on modern education projects.
