The scheme designed by Ollier Smurthwaite Architects will sit across six blocks of between five and 12 storeys in height including retail space, residents lounge and private dining area, cinema, gym, co-working office and a pool.
The New Foundry Square scheme on a currently vacant site to the west of Leeds city centre spans 3.7 acres.
The planning application was on behalf of Forshaw Land and Property Group and Your Housing Group.
