Work is expected to flow during a series of trade missions to cash-in on the success of the London Games.
Visits to Russia,Brazil and Qatar are planned with £1.5bn of contracts identified flowing from the next Winter Olympics in Sochi and the main Games in Rio.
Aecom has already won the competition to design the Rio 2016 Olympic Park, Populous has designed the Sochi stadium and UK firms including Atkins have secured £600m of contracts at Qatar 2022.
The Government has forecast that the 2012 Olympics will provide a £13bn boost in UK trade over the coming years.
