The body formed from a partnership of 83 local and fire authorities in the region is looking to sign up 10 contractors.
Improvement and Efficiency South East says the cost-busting framework will be used by local authorities for a host of public works estimated to be worth between £1bn and £2.5bn over four years.
Even with public spending cuts looming, the IESE expects local authorities to use the super framework to drive cost savings on a range of public works from school building and social housing to new police and fire stations.
Firms interested in more information about the framework have until 23 August to contact Hampshire County Council, which is handling the bidding process on behalf of the region’s local authorities.
