The new academic building project has been given a £25m-£50m build value and represents phase two of a new medical research centre for immunity and transplantation.

The Royal Free Charity, which is funding the project, is looking for the client consultant team to work up detailed plans for the second phase, which should get underway in 2015.

This includes the full range of disciplines from employers agent through to cost consultant, architect, structural and M&E consultant.
