The contract is an extension of MSPS’s existing framework agreement at Gatwick and adds to similar deals it has secured with Heathrow and Stansted airports.
George McBride, sector director for Transport at Morgan Sindall Professional Services said: “To be chosen again is testament to our expertise and experience in understanding the needs of passengers and airport stakeholders, as well as in supporting London’s airports through the challenges of ensuring that they continue to be commercially competitive both nationally and internationally,” he says.
“Now that all London airports are under separate private ownership, for the first time, there is real competition and the need to provide the best passenger experience and airport environment where the delivery of safe, sustainable and efficient projects is crucial.”
Derek Hendry, Construction Director, at London Gatwick said: “Morgan Sindall Professional Service’s broad range of skills will help us to build on the significant progress that has been made in the last four years and to deliver a world class experience for passengers.”
