The six-and-a-half year deal will officially begin next April and is worth between £20m-30m a year.
Ringway will also have the opportunity of a six-year extension during the contract period depending on perofrmance.
Ringway Worcester has been the incumbent maintenance contractor since 2005.
The new deal will see Ringway delivering highways maintenance for the county’s 4,061km of roads, 3,250km of footways, 1,330 bridges and structures, 105,150 drainage gullies, as well as road signs, road markings, cyclical maintenance and winter service delivery.
In addition, Ringway will manage and maintain the Council’s fleet of vehicles.
