Designed by CPMG Architects, the new building will utilise Wates’ Adapt Schools Solutions model, which has been designed to deliver flexible and cost effective school buildings.

Appointed by Integrated Bradford LEP, Wates will now deliver a 80,000 sq ft, seven-form entry facility with a capacity for 1,050 students aged 11 to 16 years.

The school is set to be named Grace Academy and will be sponsored by the Bradford Diocesan Academy Trust.

Construction will start on site shortly, with completion scheduled for summer 2015.

Alongside the main school, Wates will also build an indoor sports facility with a four-court multipurpose hall that will also be available for community use.
