Construction is now underway on an iconic 45-storey circular twisting residential tower in London Docklands.

CJ O’Shea is the design and build contractor on the Skidmore, Owings and Merrill designed Baltimore Tower.

Completion is due in the summer of 2016 on the development by Galliard and Frogmore in partnership with LBS Properties and O’Shea.

Regional Building Control have been appointed as the Building Control body to approve this latest phase of the development.

It is the fifth major project for RBC in the Canary Wharf area and reflects the growing change from Local Authority to Private Building Control.
