Urban regeneration specialist HALO is planning to build the 46,000 sq ft centre on a 23-acre site in the town centre to provide space for entrepreneurs to create and grow digital and cyber businesses along with training facilities.
The project is due to be completed by January 2021 and will engage 700 workers on site throughout construction.
Architect Keppie Design drew up the HALO Enterprise and Innovation Centre plans to be BREEAM Outstanding. The Glasgow office of consultant Ramboll provide M&E design.
