The deal means the contractor has bagged two major London jobs for Almacantar after Sir Robert McAlpine dropped out of the Centre Point tower conversion to flats handing over to Brookfield last year.
Work is expected to start on the site next month.
Sir Robert McAlpine could take consolation from a £88m job for British Land at Broadgate, which along with four other projects, took its haul to £168m, lifting it to second place in the March work won rankings, according to information specialist Glenigan.
Among the other big building jobs secured last month Wates won a £55m job for a residential/commercial scheme in Manchester for joint clients Bruntwood & Select property.
Barnsley council has picked Henry Boot Construction a £50m central library and retail scheme in the town centre while BAM Construction picked up a £50m student accommodation project at Keble College, Oxford.

The 12-month rolling league table saw Galliford Try close in on leading contractor Kier with just over £100m of work separating the two.
On the civil engineering side, Balfour Beatty continues to hold the top slot with a haul of £1.25bn keeping it £100m ahead of second place Costain.
