The project just south of St James Park in Westminster will be delivered across six blocks for developer North Acre.
According to information specialist Glenigan, McLaren Construction came in with the second highest new order book in June bagging, a trio of contracts worth over £200m.
This included a £100m commercial scheme in Holborn for international consultant Dar Group and a £100m riverside residential complex at Hale Wharf in Tottenham, North London.

Wates, which secured the £150m Axis Square project in Birmingham for developer London Continental Railways last month, added to a steady stream of new work that has seen it rise through the rolling 12-month rankings to second place behind leader Kier.
The private builder now has a bigger 12-month haul of contract wins than Balfour Beatty.
Among the other big wins for June, Costain confirmed a £150m deal for the M6 junction 21a-26 Smart motorway project while Bouygues picked up a £135m job to extend Cardiff University.
