The award follows the successful delivery of the 101 Embankment office building next door on the Greengate development in 2016.

Prater is working with key members of the supply chain including Kawneer, Interpane and Schuco that have been involved from an early stage to ensure successful collaboration.

Miguel Santos, Pre-Contracts Manager at Prater said:  “We are incredibly pleased to be working on the historic Greengate redevelopment once more.

“We are looking forward to collaborating with both BAM and our key supply chain partners on this project to deliver the same high standard as 101 Embankment – its sister building.”

The project, designed by architect Flanagan Lawrence, is due for completion in June 2020, and Prater will begin work on site in June 2019.
