Kier has come top of the monthly contracts league for work won in November and continued to hold pole position in the 12-month rolling league table.

According to information specialist Glenigan, Kier bagged 27 contracts during the month, worth an estimated £600m.

The largest was a £300m luxury flats scheme in London for developer Concord. Kier will redevelop the former car park site in Marylebone into 79 flats and 11 shops.

The big project win at Moxton Street extended Kier’s lead in the annualised contracts league, ahead of Wates and Morgan Sindall.
