Vermont Construction is delivering the tallest of three planned blocks for developer Elliot Group at the Pall Mall site on the northern edge of Liverpool’s business district.
HE Simm will start work in January 2020, installing and commissioning MEP services for the tallest tower in the scheme.
When finished this will offer 416 apartments over 38 floors.
The overall scheme comprises three glazed residential towers with views of the River Mersey, while providing communal facilities on a podium at the base of the towers.
The communal facilities will offer its 1,000 residents two landscaped gardens, a pool and gym complex, cinema, resident lounges and meeting rooms.
Greg Simm, business unit director for HE Simm in Liverpool, said: “We have a proven track record in such schemes, which, along with our Liverpool heritage and a very strong and successful relationship with Vermont Construction, made us the perfect MEP partner.”
The project is due to finish in November 2021.
