The UK construction arm of Royal Bam bagged both the £230m Sky Studios Elstree project for Sky & Legal & General, and also the £150m Manchester Arena project.
According to data collected by information specialist Glenigan, the sparkling performance last month kept BAM at the top of the rolling 12-month league, extending its lead over nearest rivals Morgan Sindall and Kier.

Among the other big orders taken last month, Sir Robert McAlpine secured the £187m 2 Finsbury Avenue office project for British Land at its on-going Broadgate complex revamp in London’s Square Mile.
Multiplex was confirmed for the £180m first phase of the Bankside Yards scheme for Native Land next to Blackfriars Bridge on the south bank of the Thames.
Also in the Capital, Mace secured the £140m Charterhouse Place office project next to Faringdon Crossrail station for Ashby Capital & Helical Bar.
On the civils side, Volker and Murphy shared the £215m phase 2 East Coast Mainline power supply upgrade.
