Affinity Living Riverside is the first development to be launched under Select Property Group’s residential property brand.

The sleek, high-end open-plan kitchens have marbled white granite-effect worktops, an oak-effect finish to the breakfast bars for two to six people, and moulded cabinet doors with integrated handles.

The base units and drawer fronts were finished in contemporary indigo blue and contrasting white for the wall cabinets.

Door backs were colour-matched for a high-quality finish, and the kitchens were manufactured to very tight tolerances for this high specification, design-led residential scheme. There are full-height pantry cupboards, and each kitchen has a microwave and full-sized washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, and hob.

Deanestor manufactured and installed the kitchens in 15 different configurations to suit the range of apartment sizes and layouts. There are full-height service cupboards in indigo blue for the kitchen and utility areas, and all the appliances were integrated for an enhanced finish and fitted by Deanestor’s installation team.

Deanestor’s contract also included a full design service and the manufacture of nearly 300 bespoke freestanding wardrobes for each apartment which were finished in cashmere.
