Developed by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), Cherry Park is a £670m residential-led development next to Westfield Stratford City shopping centre in London. The scheme will create around 1,200 new homes for rent in 11 buildings – three residential towers and courtyard mansion blocks up to 11 storeys.

Offsite Solutions is manufacturing 991 high specification, steel-framed bathroom pods in two phases, which will run concurrently. There are two pod types and each has two colour palettes in dark or light grey.

Commenting on the project, Keith Whitmore, Head of Development, Design and Construction UK/Italy and Director of Construction Management Europe at URW, said: “A key driver on Cherry Park was to use offsite construction as far as possible to create efficiencies, support our Better Places 2030 CSR programme, and to contribute to safer working environments by reducing numbers on site.”

Cherry Park will provide one, two, three and four-bedroom homes with amenities including a gym, swimming pool, workspaces, and high-quality public realm and open spaces, such as play areas.
