The ambitious upgrade programme is expected to see around £284m invested across its two London campuses in Islington and Tower Hamlets.
A selected contractor will deliver both capital works and total facilities management over a potential 10-year stretch, with an option to extend to 2036.
The winning firm will lead everything from buildability advice at design stage through to post-completion FM operations, placing student experience and sustainability at the core.
The strategic partner will also advise on lifecycle costs, operational efficiencies and deliver net zero carbon targets across the university’s London estate.
Up to four bidders will be shortlisted to bid for the role with requests to participate due by 29 May.
Gardiner & Theobald is project managing the procurement, with Mills & Reeve advising on contracts.
The estimated start date is April 2026.
